Orders

You can order items at any time via your online account (coming soon), email ([email protected]) or by fax (450-967-1219).

Please note that our products are sold in boxes or packs of 5, 10, 12, 30 or 100 items. Some of our products are also available in bulk. You can check the quantity per box/pack and bulk availability of our products by visiting the specific product page of the items you wish to order on our website, in our online or PDF catalog (coming soon) or by contacting us by email or phone (450-967-0893).

All orders received electronically via an online account (coming soon) or emails are confirmed by our receptionist within one to two business days following their receipt. If you have not received a confirmation within that time, please contact us directly by phone (450-967-0893) to verify the reception of your order.

For orders submitted by fax (450-967-1219), a confirmation will be returned by fax only if requested. To receive a confirmation message by email, please enclose your email address on your faxed order sheet.

Please note that changing your order could delay its delivery and/or change the delivery date that had been previously communicated to you.

A restocking fee of 30% of the total value before taxes of the returned merchandise applies.

Delivery

For our customers with a delivery address located in Quebec, Ontario, and the Maritimes Provinces, our average delivery time is 2 to 10 business days. However, delivery times may be shorter or longer depending on the products and quantities ordered, the volume and number of incoming orders, and the state of our inventory.

Once we have confirmed the delivery date to you by email or by phone, you or your designated carrier may pick up your order at any time from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4pm.

Your order can be picked up directly at our plant, located at 1220 Michelin Street, Laval, Quebec, H7L 4R3. Please note that our offices are closed on national and local holidays and that pickups are not possible on those dates.

Yes. We can arrange for transport to ensure the delivery of your order directly to your desired address. Additional charges may apply.
